Who Actually Qualifies?

- At least one household member is a Singapore Citizen or PR

Didn’t Receive a Letter? Here’s Why
You must have a Notification Letter to redeem the voucher.
There are two common situations.
1) Automatic Letter (Already Sent)
If your household received PTV before and still meets the income criteria, the letter should have arrived by December 2024.
It’s a physical letter sent to your registered address.
Worth checking again.
2) Need to Apply Manually
If you qualify but didn’t receive anything, you can apply.
Application window:
14 January 2025 to 31 October 2025

Once approved, the notification letter will be mailed to you.
How to Redeem the S$60 Voucher
Once you have the letter, redemption is quite straightforward.
Important: Redeem by 31 March 2026. Miss it, and the credit is gone.
